Cooking Around the World
Day & Time: Mondays, 10:00am-11:30am
Grades: 6-8

Cost: $250 ($175/semester + $75 material fee)
This is a hands-on cooking class where students learn by preparing and tasting foods from around the world. Each unit highlights a different region, giving students the opportunity to cook recipes that are traditional to that area.
As they cook, students will build practical kitchen skills including food preparation, safety, and following recipes. They will also learn how location and culture influence the ingredients and flavors found in different cuisines.
This class is active and skill-based, with students working in the kitchen each week while gaining confidence and independence.
Parents stay connected through clear weekly updates and recipes that can be recreated at home.
